| The success of DC CARIBBEAN CARNIVAL is also attributed to the working relationship with DC BANDLEADERS ASSOCIATION. While we recognize that in development we are desirous of furnishing amenities that other longstandings carnival bandleaders are music bands/steelbands/DJs have enjoyed, we have taken the postions that we should not overextend our resources to the detriment of our growth and development.
