Our Annual Carnival Parade will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2008, along Georgia Avenue from Missouri Avenue to Barry Place. Except for the fact that the Sunday concert in "De Savannah" was canceled due to inclement weather, last years festival was a huge success. We wish to thank everyone for their participation, from the masqueraders to the spectators and everyone in between, and we look forward to having you participate again this year, when the weekend will be celebrated on Saturday 28th June and Sunday 29th June 2008.

The 2008 DC Carnival Parade Of The Bands promises to be bigger than ever, with the participation of several new bands, steelbands, the perrienal Mud Mas, Paint Mas and the usual 'Pretty Mas'. for a growing list of the bands expected to participate click '2008 DC Bands'.
